The American Forces Radio and Television service touched a lot of people. Whether talent, support or listeners it touched a lot of us in ways that stateside media could only dream of. It was more than just the radio, it was home. Each of us have a piece of what it meant. Together it tells a story. Thank you for your contributions. Sometimes it's audio, pictures or memorabilia. This can be a good place to share it. What was your story? If you find this rewarding, please tell a friend.

Whoa, does this bring back memories of my stint at AFVN. Transferred into Saigon the night of the Tet Offensive. What an opening act. Ran the FM station. Chief Gordon, the PD at the time, made me use my real name since it was FM: Specialist DuLaurence Miller.
