Ira Cook 1961

In the early 1960s, AFRTS wasn't recording much of their own programming.  The LA DJ shows were usually recorded in a production studio at the DJs station.  The quality of these recordings was all over the place, eventually convincing the network to set up the studios on McCadden Ave.

So in that time-frame the talent would talk about their stations, play bumpers from their stations.  It sounded different.
