Gene Price 1974
Our friend Gene Price is in rehab after a fall and should be cowboying pretty soon. Prayers amigo!
I have most of these now, it's some good listening. In February 1974 Gene was doing his second month of shows for Army recruiting:

Wolfman Jack 1974
While Wolfman was doing his AFRTS shows he was also doing shows for Air Force recruiting. These shows aired in the states, usually very early Sunday mornings (they counted as 30 minutes of PSA time). While he was doing those he was jocking on WNBC NY and doing "Midnight Special" for NBC TV. Kept busy...

Tom Campbell 1980
Tom was another guy who worked Minneapolis. He was Paul Bunyan at WDGY before getting to the coast and killin' it in San Francisco.

Don paid his dues in Connecticut radio, through WPOP, WNHC and WAVZ then to win in Los Angeles.

AFN Kaiserslautern - Jay Derkash 1978

Air Rescue Vietnam 1968
I was going through crates of ETs looking for something else, and found this. Glad I did. Air Force SGT Herb Manchester did this from AFVN.
Sometimes AFRTS-LA would have contests. If something was really well done, it was distributed worldwide.
